# Who is the software suitable for?

The software is suitable for Med Spa and Cosmetic Surgical centers for medical aesthetics that need to manage a customer database, appointment diaries for therapists, subscription management, etc.

With us, you choose the software package from which you start so that you can always create a basic package (diary management, customers, series and subscription management, reminders, marketing...) and, when necessary, integrate additional solutions (cash register, invoices, credit clearance, inventory, and procurement, attendance clock for employees, expenses/income, etc.).

# Can I manage the meetings also from my mobile phone?

For sure. Through our mobile management application (look for "Torbeclick" in stores), you can always continue to manage all calendars, schedule or change appointments and contact customers directly even when you are out of business.

# Does the system automatically remember the customers?

Yes. The system can automatically remember all the customers listed in tomorrow's calendar (or for a few more days, depending on your decision).

From our experience, as soon as the automatic reminders are activated, the percentage of "taps" drops significantly, and you can also start the option to ask each customer to confirm the appointment (so you know who saw the message and finally confirms that they are coming) and who didn't!

# Can I ask tomorrow's customers to confirm the appointment?

Indeed, and we recommend it!

In addition to the automatic reminder (24 hours before the appointment, for example), the customers will receive a link through which they confirm to you that they are coming to work.

In a particular indicator log, you will also see that this queue is "100% closed," and there is no fear of a tap.

Only in front of the customers who have not confirmed your appointment can you ensure they arrive... (By the way, the system is also connected to WhatsApp on your mobile or computer so that you can send a message in a second and not waste too much time)

# Can the customers also make appointments themselves?

You will determine which treatments you allow customers to assess themselves "directly" and which require your approval before entering the diary.

For example, complex or lengthy treatments can be defined as "request only" treatments, meaning the client chooses a treatment, day, and time. Still, the appointment goes to your approval, and the client receives a message that the work awaits business approval.

# Can the customers also cancel appointments themselves?

You decide!

You will also allow customers to cancel appointments themselves; you will define up to how many hours before the treatment they are entitled to cancel.

The control is always yours, and you can see all the customers' actions by scheduling the appointments (registrations and cancellations).

# How many diaries for staff members can be managed at the same time?

There is no limit in the system on the number of calendars that can be managed simultaneously, as there is no limit on the number of customers or products that can be added to the system.

For your convenience, each staff member can manage the days and hours he works, and it is also recommended to define the departments and treatments he knows how to perform for each therapist. This way, we will save the mistakes of making appointments for incorrect treatments or days when the therapist is not assigned to work.

# Can I give employees access to the calendar through the app as well?

Yes, you can allow staff members access to their calendar through an application (with a personal username and password) or even full access to the entire system (for example, on their computer at home...)

# I have many series/subscriptions. How will the software manage them for me?

Managing series (or subscriptions) is done quickly and automatically. The software already "knows" the customers who purchased series or subscriptions and will automatically punch (exploit) from the log.

You can enter the client's card, see or print the client's subscription status, record essential parameters for each treatment (protocol/treatment result, etc.), and make manual changes.

# Does the software include a cash register and credit clearing?

Our POS package includes invoicing, credit clearing, sales statistics, and team performance tracking.

Yes. You can easily manage the product inventory in the software, including issuing an accurate inventory count at the end of each year with the click of a button!
